Individual Sessions, Energy Healing

Are you struggling with a problem and feeling like there's no progress or you're faced with the same wall again and again? Or do you feel that the solution to your problem should be sought on an energetic level? Perhaps these sessions are something for you.

By tuning in to you, my hands and body start to respond to your energy. Where the energy, for whatever reason, is out of balance, my hands will loosen it, ground it, give it space, connect, or whatever may happen until there is a relaxation. Possibly this process repeats itself at a deeper level or at another place in the energetic system. It is the energy itself that determines what can be done and when.

We foresee 1 hour/session, during which time there is also room for conversation and short exercises.
