Arno Vainio from Rauma (Finland) has developed the ultimateWindowsTM based RDS decoder, called RDSDX.exe.
It decodes RDS and RBDS. RDSDX runs on COM 1 but you can change this into COM 2 after running the COM Selection.exe.
RDSDX software is provided "as-is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.
RDSDX is and will remain freeware.
Arno and I (Herman) would appreciate comments and reviews from everyone
using the RDSDX decoder.
