Our rates depend on the type of flat or apartment and the duration of your stay. Please contact us for more info about prices and availability : pepa.mt@scarlet.be. Our rates include all common charges such as heating, electricity, hot and cold water, insurance, cable TV and building charges. The deposit is required in advance in order to secure your booking.

We do not accept cheques. Transfert costs or bank costs are always at the tenants' charge. When we receive the deposit, we sent you immediately the tenancy agreement.

ANIMALS: It is not allowed to keep pets/animals in the flats or apartment.
