The number of game-turns played in total for all games, + bonus points (army command, staff posts, websites, training, medals etc) + extra points for winning games (3 points for a major victory, 1 for a minor victory.

5 Major victories, 6 minor victories, 2 draw, 9 defeats.

Victory points =
Points received for winning games; 2 points for a major victory, 1 point for a minor.
