Comment : One of the few building which survived the 1923 earthquake. Destroyed in 1968, but some facades have been saved and re-built at the Meiji-Mura Museum (near Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture, near Nagoya). A few items have also been reincorporated in the current (new) Imperial Hotel.
