Guarantee - Return Policy

As we are in business since 1985 we know that the coffee maker brews good coffee, if operated like mentionned in the users manual. We try to produce with "zero" fall out, to which we come very close. If anything is wrong from our side, we will do what we have to do to solve it. This means assistance by any possible way of communication and in the worst case replacement of the coffee maker with a new one.
I'm quite sure that if you go for it you will not be disappointed. Check out our
FEEDBACK
I think it says something about us, the coffee maker and the way we handle our business.

If distribution agreements have been made in your area you will be delivered through our local authorised dealer. In the other case you will get delivery directly from the manufacturer : ROYAL P&B PRODUCTS, Antwerp, Belgium. We are in business since 1985 and have more than 15.000 coffee makers worldwide in use.
The biggest number of coffee makers have been sold to professionals in Belgium and Holland (restaurants, coffee shops, ...) but home users also find it attractive to put this "talking piece" on their table after a nice meal or during an afternoon coffee happening.
