awaken ouvre son répertoire

Vous êtes musiciens, groupes, chanteurs ? A la recherche d’un répertoire plus varié, en manque de compos, fatigué des reprises trop classiques ? 
A la recherche du slow fédérateur, d’un riff metal headbangogène, d’un disco hypnotisant, d’une pièce progressive, d’un morceau classisant à orchestrer ou d’un jazz pour se défoncer en improvisant ? 
Le répertoire d'AWAKEN veut bouger, faire de nouvelles rencontres, s'habiller de nouveaux arrangements, se faire chatouiller par d'autres musicien(ne)s, s'oxygéner hors du pourtant fascinant univers underground...
Pour la scène ou le studio, il y a forcément une chanson pour vous. 

-Je fournis principalement une copie audio (CD ou mp3) des différentes versions enregistrées par AWAKEN, ainsi qu’une grille d’accords et le texte.
-Dans certains cas je peux fournir une partition comprenant la mélodie vocale.
-Je ne participe ni à l’enregistrement ni aux arrangements de votre propre version, sauf si vous le demandez expressément.
-Je ne fournis aucun backing instrumental, sauf demande de votre part.
-Je ne fournis pas de tablature de guitare et basse, sauf demande de votre part.
-Les chansons appartiennent à leur auteur-compositeur, quel que soit le succès que vous leur apportez, et sont toutes soumises au copyright, protégées par la SABAM. Leur utilisation publique (radio, concert, cd, vinyle, cassette, etc…) devra suivre exactement les mêmes règles que pour toute autre reprise (déclaration, mention des auteurs-compositeurs, etc…). -Les arrangements sont tout-à-fait libres, vous pouvez transformer une ballade en brûlot punk-metal ou en reggae lancinant. Soyez imaginatifs, bordel...
-Par contre, les réécritures et traductions doivent faire l’objet d’une demande d’autorisation à la SABAM.
-Les chansons sont classées par style originel (rien n’empêche un réarrangement complètement différent, cf plus haut) et les titres en rouge signalent les chansons les plus appréciées par le plus grand nombre, et les plus faciles à jouer à la fois.
-Concernant les versions que je vous fournis, il va sans dire que vous devez vous focaliser sur la composition (mélodie, accords) et non pas sur les sonorités d’origine, pouvant en rebuter plus d’un. Faites-en votre propre version ! Soyez musicien, pas critique.
-Si aucune de ces chansons ne vous convient, composer sur commande est également possible.

You are a band, singer, musician looking for some fresh songs in your setlist ? Tired of the usual covers ? In search for a tender ballad, a headbanging metal riff, an hypnotic disco beat, a longer progressive piece, some jazz to improvise upon, or a classical tune to arrange ?
Why don’t you use AWAKEN’s repertoire ?! On stage or in studio, there’s always a song that would suit your taste and your sense of arranging !

HOW TU USE AWAKEN’S REPERTOIRE ?
-I provide an audio copy of the songs, on CD or mp3, on their AWAKEN version(s), the chords and lyrics. Needless to say that the original arrangement might not suit your taste, it is up to you to change it. Focus on the songwriting (melody, chords) rather than the recording.
- If necessary I can provide the chords of the chosen songs. Scores and tabs take some days.
- I don’t provide instrumental background, except if you ask for it especially.
- I don’t play on your version nor arrange it, except if you ask for it especially.
- The songs belong to the songwriter and the copyright company SABAM, using them will not make you the owner. Consider them as cover like you would cover any artist. Any question : http://www.sabam.be
- You play and arrange the songs the way you feel. The mention “ballad”, “rock”, etc… don’t mean much more than a clue : you can play a ballad twice as fast or change a punk tune into reggae, no one will blame you for having imagination !
- Any change in the text or translation must be approved by the copyright society SABAM (http://www.sabam.be).
- Commercial uses of your own version follow the same procedure as it would with any cover : declaration of use to copyright society, songwriting credits on the album cover, etc…
- In red are the songs that are the most recommended, easiest to play and to please the audience.
