With their new EP ‘Becoming The Martyr’, After All showcase – once more – the art of combining relentless thrash with power and melody. And what’s even more important: the band delivers real songs, with memorable verses and choruses, not just some endless stack of riffs. ‘Becoming The Martyr’ contains the first tracks the band wrote since adding vocalist Sammy Peleman and bass player Frederik Vanmassenhove (ex-Aborted) to the line-up. The remaining two tracks are re-recorded versions of songs that originally appeared on the 2009 album ‘Cult Of Sin’.

The new EP is After All’s 14th official release, as the band’s discography contains 7 full albums and 7 EP’s to date. As with ‘Cult Of Sin’ and the ‘Betrayed By The Gods’ EP, the crystal clear production of the new release is the result of an intense collaboration with sound wizard Dan Swanö (Hail Of Bullets, Nightingale) at the infamous Unisound Studios in Örebro, Sweden. After All recorded and released the EP mainly as a promotional tool for the Killfest European tour with Overkill, Destruction and Heathen, that took place in March 2011.

Over the last couple of years, After All have been almost constantly on tour throughout the whole of Europe - from Norway to Greece - supporting well-known acts such as Anthrax, King Diamond, Stone Sour, Testament, Forbidden, Agent Steel, Exodus, Candlemass, Armored Saint, Shadows Fall, Life Of Agony, Voivod, Paradise Lost, Saxon and many, many more. After All played high-profile festivals such as Graspop Metal Meeting (with Iron Maiden), Keep It True, Metal Dayz, Dynamo Metal Fest, and more.
