Hi there, and welcome to this web site.

You'll find quite an amount of material in this catalogue, like in others. Let me differ this one from all others by giving you some background about the man who designed those plans. Born in '64, I started building my first models at age 8, and after two years of free flight I jumped into control line. We had a small groupof youngsters, and had long and happy days, pulling all kinds of stunts. At 13 I stepped into R/C, and one year later I first soloed in a real glider. From then on, the following rhythm appeared: True scale gliding whenever possible, and R/C as backup. This causes me to do a lot of R/C during autumn and winter.

In '85 I started flying in the Belgian Air force, and flew Marchetti and Alpha-Jet. Two years later I converted to civil aviation, and flew Convair 580 on a freight-operation. Now I'm flying Bae-146 in the freight-business. I seem to be unable to get enough of gliding, and got my own LS-6 in '89. We won the Belgian nationals 4 times in a row, and went on to win several international competitions, such as the masters in '98. The French Alps are the best place in the world to do gliding, alpine gliding is the most difficult, interesting and rewarding kind of flight there is. I try and spend most of my time there. I have 6000 hrs, of which 4000 are quality gliding time. In R/C, I soon started building my own things, after buying one kit too many that promised a lot, but simply flew like a brick.

The first couple of years I built some bricks myself, but by trial and error learned what a model needed to perform and handle well. In '83, the slope-virus got me, and I soon had some PSS-models, without having even heard of PSS. A couple of people wanted to build my models, and that's where the plan-drawing started. The first plans were mere sketches, but somehow, MRA of france contacted me asking if they could publish my plans. Since then, all my planes will allow modellers with some experience to build the model. Building instructions are available in Dutch and English, and are very detailed. You may know of these plans trough international modelling magazines, such as QFI (United Kingdom), MRA and FLY (France), FMT (Germany), Modellistica (Italy) and Radio Control (Holland). All of these magazines have published a number of my plans.

All my models go trough a test-program, and any problems have to be solved before a plan is drawn. Other pilots are also invited to fly the model before any plan is drawn. I have some models that have been flying years now, but simply can't seem to get to the OK-stage. Most of these are special models, such as the SR-71 When you'll see this plan appear on this site, I'll be throwing a party. With the beginning of PJ model classics, all plans had been checked for proper copyright. Feel free to send me an e-mail if you have any question. Hope you'll enjoy this web site.
