Life can have some surprising twists. Kurt Vereecke, the brain behind Frozen Rain, played years ago in several bands, but by a twist of fate, he began to write songs for children. His great dream however was to record a good AOR album in the style of big names like Toto, Journey, Foreigner and Survivor. Kurt collected a great number of known and lesser known musicians behind him and is now ready to present his project to humankind. "Frozen Rain" contains 12 tracks that excel in consistency and a high-level. The references to his favourite bands like The Storm, Giant, Harlan Cage, Fair Warning, Heartland, and many others are always present. To heighten the level Kurt opted for a mix of experience and new talent. That's why you can find on this album, in addition to people like Tommy Denander, Daniel Flores and Steve Newman, some less-known names as Johan Waem and Dirk Cauwels. People who like the bands above will certainly aprreciate songs like 'Waiting for you', 'Music keeps me alive', 'Park Cafe' and 'Little Angel'.

This is without any doubt one of the best Belgian AOR records ever made.
