First album of a group that may be proud to have
guests as Tommy Denander, Steve Newman
and Daniel Flores and many more.
But more than a real group, FROZEN RAIN is the
project of one man: The Belgian Kurt Vereecke.
It took this multi-instrumentalist many years to reach a worldwide
release. The album starts well with 'Waiting For You',
a true AOR song to the end with the typical keyboard, 80s sound
and very good melody. Other examples are 'On The Run'
& 'Never Be A Fool Again'. Fans of
the genre will not be disappointed by the compositions on this album.
Kurt Vereecke knows what the term AOR music means. His songs are
meant to please and fresh enough to make you spend the summer without
too much worry about global warming. FROZEN RAIN aka Vereecke has
surrounded himself by singers who do not alter the tracks. A good
discovery that I recommend to all those who love their AOR well
made.
