Intro
It seems to me there aren't many people around who truly understand car setups, and know exactly what each adjustment does, most act kind of intuitively. The purpose of this site is to provide some insight in elementary vehicle dynamics to anyone who is interested. To try to cause as little confusion as possible, the possible areas of adjustment are listed as separate chapters, sort of in order of importance. In each chapter there's first some general info about the element and the exact explanation on what it actually does, and then there's some advice on how and when to adjust it. Towards the end there are a few chapters that integrate all of the information, paying a lot of attention to the overall balance of the car.
Then, there's a Quick Setup Guide, giving a handy overview of all possible adjustments and their effects.
