He married twice. He married Marie-Catherina De Geest. Marie-Catherina died 03 AUG 1823 in Overmere. He married Antonia Ongena in Overmere, 03 AUG 1825. Antonia was born in Uitbergen 1791. Antonia was the daughter of Adriaan-Francies Ongena and Dorothia Valck. At 32 years of age Antonia became the mother of Sophia De Bruycker in Overmere, 27 MAY 1824.

At 52 years of age Gregorius became the father of Sophia De Bruycker in Overmere, 27 MAY 1824.

Gregorius De Bruycker and Antonia Ongena had the following child:
