Call centers i Bryssel, Antwerpen och andra orter i Belgien och Nederländerna letar hela tiden efter folk som kan tala skandinaviska och är villiga att jobba i en help desk och liknande. Om du är intresserad kan du börja med att registrera dig som arbetssökande hos arbetsförmedlingen och interimbyråer och ange ett skandinaviskt språk som moderspråk. Interimbyråerna är troligen det bästa sättet att hitta jobb på i Belgien. Vissa är specialiserade inom områden som ekonomi, vård, teknik, logistik osv. Efter en vecka börjar nog telefonen ringa. Eller kontakta interimbyråer etc direkt, här kommer några annonser som kanske fortfarande kan vara värda att kolla upp.

SPEAKER FOR NOKIA -Diegem
For our client, a contact center based in Diegem, we are urgently looking
for Scandinavian native speaker. You will work for NOKIA, a prestige project
for our client. You will become a specialist in NOKIA applications and
devices.
Job description:
You can work on 4 different levels according to your knowledge and
interest
1. Welcoming agent
: you answer phones and dispatch the client to the required team for further
information. You ask all the right questions to know the exact problem of
the client.
2. Technical care agent
: basic technical support. You get basic questions about the use of a NOKIA
device.
3. Advanced technical agent
: You are the specialist in technics. You get more complicated questions
concerning the use of NOKIA devices
4. Special Solutions agent
: Clients call you if they have complaints. You are always friendly and like
to search for the best solution to each problem.
Profile: We are looking for motivated persons who can work in shift from Monday to Friday.
