·       The Blackbirds are members/ex-members of the folowing bands: The Zeb Hawkins Blues Band, The Slime Hunters, The Belvederes, The Jitterbugs, Blues Lee, The Big Four, All Copley, Tee, The Swamptones...

 

·       What press and people said about The Blackbirds: “This band plays old T-Birds stuff  even better than the T-Birds themselves.”

 

·       The Blackbirds played festivals like: Belgium R&B Festival, More Blues Festival, Swing Wespelaere, Stekens R&B festival, Kwadendamme Blues Festival (Holland) and a lot of international club-gigs.

 

·       The Blackbirds got 3 cd-records now: Rockin’ X-Mas Wishes (1997), The Blackbirds (1999), Diner Dolls (2003)

 

·       Famous accordion/piano player Geraint Watkins did some studio-sessions with the Blackbirds.
