The whole thing started in December 1998 when Lord Doombringer bought his first guitar and started practicing his famous guitar skills.
After a few months he wrote the song 'Entropy', but he was still on his own. So he asked a friend (Vilehelm) if he was interested in singing in a death metal band. After lots of complaining Vilehelm accepted the challenge and so the band was started.

The band faced many problems at start: no drummer or bassist, name changes, cheap equipment. But in August 1998 Freek (guitars) & Wouter (bass) joined the band. At that time we had already five songs (Entropy, Visions of desctruction and doom, As darkness descended, Viral infestation and Manifestation of the inner Evil) and a lot of stuff we don't play any more.

Things looked well, our playing skills where improved, but we still needed a drummer. But troubles where ahead, in November 1998 Wouter left the band and four months later Freek left the band because it wasn't really their music style.

Then only Lord Doombringer and Vilehelm went on and a few songs were made (Mortality, Abortion, Unlife and four still untitled songs).
After a lot of searching, Joris (guitars) joined the band at July 1999 and shortly after him Dominus Loki (bass) and Aristo (drums). For the first time in our history, our band was complete, at least for two months because Joris left the band.Then the group slowly went on. It was difficult to play the songs we already had with the drums, it took four months to complete two songs with drums. Lord Doombringer wrote around that time another three songs but they are still unused. In August 2000 Lord Zyon joined the group and the songs were rewritten in two guitar tabs and our name became End of Life. Then things went fast.

Lord Zyon has connections in the world of music, so he arranged a recording in a studio and we could make our first demo CD.

End of life did a few concerts and then a new drummer came up : Matthew. They were so impressed of his drumming that they toke him as tha new drummer of end of life.

After a few months of regursling end of life did a lot of live concerts and things went very well.

But now a new problem came up: leadsinger Vilehelm is going to Sweden for three months.

Quickly they found a replacer for a while: Naxhyr Noctogor .

With him they did also a few concerts. And then after three months Vilehelm came back .

Naxhyr decided also to stay with end of life so they have now 2 leadsingers wich is good for the contrast.

The band is doing a lot of live concerts now with 5 men.

And for 2 years now the band stays complete and they kick ass !!!
