UNDERWATER

PHOTOGRAPHY

I have been taking pictures under water, since I was given a Hanimex camera by a friend. He wanted "to have an idea what the underwater world looked like, over there". This was just prior to leaving for a 2 months assignment in Vancouver, BC.
I returned with about 8 rolls of slidefilm, which I had made at Barclay Sound (near Port Alberni) on Vancouver Island. I liked about 4 exposures. The rest was just good enough for the waste basket. That was 1987.
From then on, the long and winding road of Underwater Photography started.
