the Flemish wing (NELOS) of the Belgian Diving Federation BEFOS-FEBRAS.

The magazine is non-commercial and appears 5 times a year (September - December - February - April and June)

The contents are:

• Official texts from the various Commissions and Committees
• Articles which bind only the authors

The pictures for the cover are exclusively by members of NELOS
