Jerry Deewood's 2010 CD Album J.Deewood sings S.Nielsen & Friends ...

This album is the logical successor to the 2007 album "Jerry Deewood sings with and from Shaun Nielsen". World famous tenor gospel singer Sherrill Nielsen and true born rock 'n roll singer from Belgium Jerry Deewood met at the end of 2004 during a show performance in Belgium. It was the beginning of an unconditional and close cooperation. The album, the result of their mutual efforts, remained for almost 7 months in the "Top 20 Favorites" of "The Southern Gospel News", but also featured in The Southern Gospel News' "Hot Top 20 CD reviews 2007, published in 2008.

The Southern Gospel News is known as a world-authority. The new album includes songs from an unbelievable variation: going from real rock-blues, soul and gospel to even songs, elusive in their performance.

The duet with Sherrill Nielsen is even a real jamsessions and the second duet on the album with Brenda Hall, "Friends in High Places" goes straight to the heart.
The "friends" featuring on this album are not from the least: BB Cunningham Jr(bass with Jerry Lee Lewis on tour), Nashville composer D.Willis, Eddie Webb (all guitars), Pete Sully (drums) and Peter Deewood (piano, organ, Rhodes piano) Jerry Deewood and Sherrill Nielsen should be very thankful if you would be so kind to support this new album with the means you have at your disposal.
May this album be a real contribution to the 75th birthday of Elvis Presley.

The Songs on the Album:

1. There's a fire below
2. Friends in high places
3. I got the blues
4. There ain't no future
5. Loving heart
6. Freedom demands
7. Where stupid begins
8. Doing the right thing
