P-18
primary view
temporary submersible to straddle the year, reconsider options and lay foundations for possible contiuation or re-establishment of activities which have been all but forgotten in the recent past, a sort of culmination of the earlier submersibles, but in conjuntion with them and as a sort of unifying recepticle...

Here the neutrality of the site itself is important... whereas other submersibles come with their own load of references and history, this one is more of an abstraction in which to elaborate on the concerns which are 'imported' as it were by the subjectivity of the artist. In a wider sense it is also central to the site in which the concerns mentioned converge to a certain point... one that still has to be defined.
The neutrality has already been somewhat influenced by some superficial research which unearthed a story of an forbidden garden... though only a footnote in a wider description, it nonetheless seemed to capture the gist of something which is to be dealt with here... let's just name it by it's working title:
"Le Jardin du Procureur"
(les courgettes du juge)
At present, only a superficial overview is being collated to then divide up into various projects, some of which will be new & independent, others will be sub-sections of the other submersibles...

Gal Leg/winter version
detailed scenes like this one will be hard to situate, but after a while the network of images closes in on certain areas, so that one might reduce the search to a collection of probabilities...
Thus, by taking known landmarks to begin with, one can narrow areas down and concentrate on proables, without losing sight of the notion it could also be otherwise... but that's just the challenge of it all.

(base for second folder, the blue obelisk & ferris wheel)

Research has gone well, the initial projects still have to be poured into a mold that will fit the whole project... of course there were quite a few digressions and a number of new aspects have to be fit into the scheme as well. One of the main red threads became blue, rather the treads connecting the diverse interests became blue... slight variations of the Internationl Klein Blue... though I had not intended to dwell on the "vide" it became a major aspect of the whole itinerary, and influenced just about every sub-section of the project:
"Bleu Ambulate" near the P-18
"Bleu Perdu" along the boulevard

phase II of 'grande bleu' and Bleu gendarmes....
Of course there were many more concerns and a whole raft of possible new investigations, but in the first instance the projects at hand have priority, though obviously they stand not alone or entirely disconnected to the more casual impressions... preliminary attempts at ordering the various impressions were documented along with the base material, adding to the bulk of the whole package, providing ample work for the near future...

connected to the first photo-series a new series on the city which will still have to be intergrated.

Quite a bit of video-material in a sort of didactic fashion which has to be edited into a reasonable format...

and a whole slew of preliminary works which have to be considered, destilled, reworked etc... enough material for various projects.
One could encapsule this section into it's chronological delineations, but primarily the first next step is the translation towards BN-51, - here I decided to use Vicor Hugo's Rhine-writings... also a rather haphazard chance choice, and tenuous at best... see further in BN-51 section...
