
- put 60 gr of grinded "dark" or "french roast" coffee into the glass
- pour boiling water in the kettle
- light the fire

- once the water is boiling, it is pushed through the tube into the glass,
where it is mixed with the coffee
- once empty, the kettle is lifted and the cover of the burner shuts down,
extinguishing the fire.
- a vacuum is created and the coffee syphons back to the kettle.
All this happens automatically.
- Now the hot and aromatic coffee is ready to be served through the tap.
- The whole process should only take 4 to 6 minutes.
