Welcome to the |

More than 300 days of sunshine a year !! |
|
During the summer months
(from April till October) it's just wonderful
lazing about on the beach
or by the
pool. With the soft breeze
coming from the sea, you
only rarely get the feeling
that it gets to warm around here. The western Algarve also has the most
gorgeous coastline, that you can
find almost nowhere else in the world
and that, especially at sunset, can seduce
even the least romantic souls among us.
But the Portuguese south coast is
more than just a popular summer destination. This most southwestern part of Europe also offers an ideal holiday-climate during spring and autumn. Moreover, the spring season is the period of the year in which the Algarve nature shows itself from its best side. |

From the magnificent white blossoms of the almond trees, early in the year (January), over the several harvest periods (oranges and grapes), until the end of the year, you'll notice that it's remarkably warmer here than back home and thus an optimal location for a quiet or sporty holiday. With 28 golf courses spread over the Algarve, this is a favourite destination for golfers, throughout the year. During spring and autumn, you'll not only enjoy the Algarvian sunshine; you'll also avoid most of the summer-rush. |
