It's Sunday, November 16, 1997 and I'm going to a local record fair to get the new Metallica album one day before the official worldwide release. Seems there will also be a signing session by a band called Machine Head so I'm taking my Burn My Eyes CD. Fast forward to 2009 … I'm "forced" to see Machine Head supporting Metallica x6. November 2011, my first Machine Head main act gig in Brussels. August 2014, 3 club shows in 3 days and meet Rob, Dave & Jared along the way. All in all a good basis to start a new collection.
For my Machine Head collection I mainly focus on promo & single CD's / DVD's. For the albums I stick to the promo stuff, the classic stuff from Japan, Limited Editions, some stickered issues, ... On the other hand, for the discography, I list everything I know about and try to be as complete as possible. Edit 2020 - due to lack of time ( and money :p ) no more albums will be listed apart from the ones in my collection.
