PI Codes

Dear user,

This dbase was compiled from various sources, including several magazines and
the the Internet. Special thanks to contributors Jan Alvestad, Ruud Brand,
Silvius Dabis Balazs, John Faulkner, P. Frühauf, Luigi Ghiringhelli, Olivier Guillaume,
Mark Hattam, Vesa Hienonen, Jan Hornyak, Ian Kelly, Jouni Keskinen, Jeff Kitching,
Peter Kruse, Harri Kujala, Bo-Kristian Lindqvist, Joerg Moeschler, Bo Nensén, John Nielsen, Ingo Ortmann, Thomas Schröder, Andy Small, Harald Süss, Björn Tryba, Andreas Wieckert, Peter Wilson and others from the BDXC, DXA, EFMH, Reflexion, Skywaves etc.

The dbase was never intended to be complete or even 100% accurate.
Its only purpose is to assist FMDXers identifying DX stations with RDS data they have been able to log. Often the PI code is the only part of the RDS data that was logged.
Then the dbase can come in handy. As will be understood all HELP to improve or correct this dbase will be highly appreciated! As you will notice not all frequencies are given in this file.
If a station uses more than 3 frequencies for the specific PI code 'many' is used in the frequency and transmitter sections. The '?' entries mean we don't know this data and '-' means I haven't had time to check this out. Again help is appreciated.

From May 2005 on Mark Pratt edits the PI codes list.
