"Santa Marta Endemic Birding Trip"

The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is an isolated mountain range apart from the Andes chain that runs though Colombia. It existed already from before the Andes where formed.
Because of it's isolation, there are a high number of endemic species to be found here. Actually it has the highest concentration of endemic birds in S-America.
We offer a week trip for those wishing to see these endemics.
The week trip includes 4 days Santa Marta Mountains and foothills, 2 days Guajira endemics and 1 day spend around mangroves.
In case you want to stay longer, we include some other sites such as the Tayrona NP (dry forest).

Cost for week trip: 1150 US$/person (4 participants); 1875 US$/person (2 participants); 2950 US$ (1 participant)
Cost for 9 day-trip: 1420 US$/person (4 participants); 2250 US$/person (2 participants); 3750 US$ (1 participant)

Trip includes all transport, guiding (local English speaking guide), handy check list, entrance fees, accommodation and meals.
Not included is your flight to/from Santa Marta (we can arrange a flight for you to & from Bogota), airport tax, travel insurance, laundry services, phone calls and all other personal expenses.
